Ruth Heemann

Ruth Heemann has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership roles. Ruth has held positions such as Director of People at Arctic Wolf since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Director at Gi Group starting in 2012. From 2021 to 2022, they served as the Personalleiter at BioSpring GmbH. Before that, they had the role of Personalleiter an Bord at AIDA Cruises from 2017 to 2021. From 2015 to 2021, they were the Head of HR and GA at Hyundai Capital Europe GmbH. Ruth Heemann completed their Dipl-Kfm. degree in BWL from Universität Trier from 1991 to 1996. Additionally, they pursued a BA (Hons) degree in Business, Languages, and IT from the University of Wolverhampton between 1993 and 1994.
