Michael McManus

Michael McManus is a seasoned professional in cybersecurity with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Client Director at Arctiq since July 2020 and as Vice President of Cybersecurity at Dyntek, Michael leads national cybersecurity practices focusing on security architecture, managed security services, and partnerships. As a Board Member for the College of Emergency Preparedness, Homeland Security, and Cybersecurity at the University at Albany, SUNY, Michael provides valuable insights on cybersecurity matters. As the Founder of Directional Security LLC, Michael specializes in security architecture and advanced threat detection. Previous roles include Chief Enterprise Security Architect for the State of New York and Enterprise/Network Security Architect in government positions. Michael's early career included military service in the United States Army. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Computer Science from Hawaii Pacific University and studies in Applied Mathematics at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
