Dr. Arkadijus N.

Dr. Arkadijus N. holds extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering roles across multiple industries, including FMCG, MedTech, and energy. Currently serving as the Manufacturing Director for Europe at Ardagh Group since 2023, prior roles include Global Director of External Manufacturing Operations and Strategic Collaborations, and Regional Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Johnson & Johnson from 2016 to 2022. Additionally, Dr. Arkadijus was Senior Manager of International Engineering at Henkel from 2012 to 2016 and held various leadership positions at Shell from 2005 to 2012. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and Medical Applications from the University of Bristol, a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, and a Chartered Engineer designation from the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, along with a postgraduate degree in Strategy and Finance from Cranfield School of Management.
