Isabelle Cairns is a skilled tax professional with extensive experience in strategic tax management and corporate taxation. Currently serving as Group Tax Manager - Strategy and M&A at Ardagh Group since August 2022, Isabelle oversees tax strategies for a global supplier of sustainable packaging. Previously, as European Tax Manager at James Hardie International Finance DAC from February 2021 to August 2022, Isabelle contributed to the tax operations of a leading manufacturer in fiber cement products. Prior experience at EY included roles as Corporate Tax Manager and Transfer Pricing Tax Advisor, providing tax planning, compliance, and advisory services across various industries. Isabelle holds multiple qualifications, including an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation, Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA), and ACA from notable institutions such as the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Irish Tax Institute, and Chartered Accountants Ireland. Isabelle also earned a B.A. in Economic and Social Studies from Trinity College Dublin and participated in an International Business Program at Umeå University.
