Marta Mamelka-Potts

Marta Mamelka-Potts is the Director of Glass Technology at Ardagh Group, a position held since April 2023. Prior experience includes multiple roles at O-I from 2018 to April 2023, such as Licensee Continuous Improvement Manager and Glass Science Engineer. Additionally, Marta worked as a Chemistry Specialist at Henry Ford College from 2017 to 2018. Academic credentials include a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from AGH University of Krakow, a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Jagiellonian University, a Certificate of Achievement in Supervision from Henry Ford College, and completion of the Leadership Institute for Women in STEM and Manufacturing at Case Western Reserve University in May 2022.
