Renee Kohler

Renee Kohler has a diversified work experience in various human resources roles. Renee began their career at Travelers in 2002 as a Human Resources Assistant, where they provided strategic assistance to the Human Resources Director (HRD) and the Executive Management Team (EMT). Renee'sresponsibilities included talent acquisition, retention, and development, conducting staffing meetings, reviewing new hire offers, conducting exit interviews, analyzing turnover data, and coaching employees through performance management and employee relations issues. Renee also served as a certified facilitator for home office driven initiatives and a local trainer for leadership development. In 2006, they transitioned to the role of Director of Compensation & Benefits at Ardagh Group, where they currently work. Renee previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Ardagh Group as well. Prior to their tenure at Ardagh Group, Renee worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Rexam Beverage Cans and held various human resources roles at Aramark Healthcare, including Unit Human Resources Manager and Associate Regional Human Resources Manager.

Renee Kohler earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1998 and completed a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resource Management from Roosevelt University in 2007.
