Susan Doyle-Kelly

Susan Doyle-Kelly has extensive work experience in the areas of social sustainability, non-financial reporting, operations, and change management. Susan is currently working as the Social Sustainability & Group Non Financial Reporting Director at Ardagh Group since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at PwC for four years as the Chief Of Staff to the Middle East Tax and Legal Leader and Operations Director. Before PwC, they held various roles at EY, including Director, Head of Operations, Associate Director Operations, Associate Director Audit Technical, Change Management Workstream Lead, and Statutory Accounts Project Implementation Lead. In these roles, they were responsible for managing business operations, launching strategic growth platforms, implementing global tools and systems, and leading transformation projects. Susan's extensive experience demonstrates their expertise in operations, project management, change management, and training.

Susan Doyle-Kelly obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from University College Dublin from 1982 to 1985. Following that, they pursued their ACA qualification at ICAEW from 1988 to 1991. In terms of additional certifications, they are currently pursuing a certification in Corporate Sustainability Management: Risk, Profit, and Purpose at the Executive Education program at the Yale School of Management, with an expected completion year of 2023. It is not specified if they obtained any degrees from The Teresian School between 1967 and 1981.
