The current executive team at Årdal kommune has a wide range of previous experiences, including working as a director at a museum, as an departmental director at a bank, and as a daily manager at a Norwegian Red Cross organization. They also have varied educational backgrounds, with some team members coming from more artistic fields while others have degrees in business or finance. This range of experience and knowledge allows the team to approach problem-solving from multiple angles and better serve the needs of the community.
