Jim Lowe

Jim Lowe is an experienced surveyor currently employed at Ardent, providing strategic advice for infrastructure schemes. Previously, Jim worked at Carter Jonas, focusing on major rail projects in the Midlands and North-West, offering guidance on land access and acquisition.
