Brian Tweedie

Brian Tweedie currently serves as Assistant General Counsel & Lead Compliance Counsel at Ardent Mills, providing legal advice across real estate, regulatory, commercial, and contractual issues while managing corporate secretarial duties for Board meetings. Previously, as Director, Senior Mountain Resorts Counsel at Vail Resorts, Brian advised on complex regulatory matters and developed environmental compliance programs for multiple ski resorts. Brian’s legal experience extends back to various roles including Associate Attorney at Budd-Falen Law Offices, Attorney at Holsinger Law, Land Protection Specialist at Tax Credit Connection, and Legal Extern at The Nature Conservancy, among others. Brian holds a Juris Doctor and Master of Environmental Law & Policy from Vermont Law and Graduate School, along with a B.S. in Biology from The Ohio State University.
