Greg Garrett

Greg Garrett is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Ardent Mills since January 2023, Greg is responsible for creating and evolving the company's DEI framework. Prior to this role, Greg held several key positions, including D&I Operations Leader at Westfield and Director of Transportation at the Center for Excellence. Previous roles at Asurion and State Farm highlight expertise in diversity recruiting strategy and HR business partnering, where Greg has consistently focused on integrating diversity goals into organizational practices. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
