Mike Hallman

Mike Hallman is a seasoned professional in sales and business development with extensive experience in the food and nutrition sectors. Currently serving as Commercial Lead and Business Development at Ardent Mills since December 2021, Mike has previously held the role of VP Sales and Marketing at Agspring, where a strategic focus on specialty grains and plant-based ingredients led to a 160% increase in volume over two years. Prior to that, Mike spent 17 years at DuPont Nutrition & Health as Sales Director, developing visions for growth and leading cross-functional teams in the meat and culinary segments. Mike's career initiated with roles at International Flavors & Fragrances and CP Kelco. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Food Science from Penn State University and two Bachelor's degrees in Biochemistry from Elimira College.
