Rick Swinehart

Rick Swinehart has held various roles in the medical and recruiting fields since 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Medical Records Clerk at Peerless Technologies in the Epi Lab. From 2014 to 2020, they held the role of Human System Analyst at SpecPro Technical Services (STS). In 2021, they became a Program Specialist at Fidelity Partners LLC. Currently, they are a State Business Development / Sr. Federal Recruiter and Business Development Manager 8(a) initiatives at Ardent Technologies Inc. In these roles, they are responsible for business development and sales, and establishing recruiting requirements. Rick also seeks and identifies potential qualified candidates, verifies qualifications, and coordinates interviews with Hiring Managers. In addition, they collect documents and assembles qualification packages for proposed candidates for submittal to customers.
