Lukas Stepanek

Lukas Stepanek has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Lukas is currently working at Ardian as the Head of Private Credit DACH and Managing Director. Prior to this role, they served as the Managing Director (Private Debt) and Director (Private Debt) at the same company. Before joining Ardian, Lukas worked at UniCredit Corporate & Investment Banking where they held various positions including Associate Director in Leveraged Finance, Associate in Leveraged Finance, Business Manager/Assistant to the Head of Markets & Investment Banking CEE, and Associate - Equity Capital Markets. Lukas started their career at UniCredit in 2007 and has gained experience in different roles over the years.

Lukas Stepanek pursued their Master's degree in Business and Finance from Hult/Huron University in London, attending from 2006 to 2007.
