Ashley Grohs

Ashley Grohs has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ashley is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Ardor Health Solutions starting from 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Summit Medical Staffing from 2020 to 2023, where they held the role of President of Business Development / Managing Partner. In this role, Ashley led the Business Development and Strategics team, oversaw the Marketing Team's rebranding, and worked closely with the CEO on expansion and daily activities. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at Atlas MedStaff as a Senior Client Manager and Business Development Leader. Before that, they were the Workforce Solutions RVP at Medefis from 2014 to 2016. Ashley also gained experience as a Senior Recruiter at RTG Medical from 2012 to 2014 and in Home Equity Collections/Modifications at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2010 to 2012. Ashley started their career as a Senior Mortgage Broker at Allstate Mortgage from 2002 to 2007.

Ashley Grohs attended Fremont High School from 1995 to 1998. Ashley then pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the College of the Canyons from 1999 to 2002.
