Riccardo Panaia

Riccardo Panaia has worked in the IT field since 1999. In 2007, they began working as a Web Developer for Infotree Web Services. There, they utilized PHP and MySQL for developing new websites, implementing Content Management Systems (CMS), Search Engine Optimization (SEO) site updates, hosting setup and general client site support and maintenance. Riccardo also developed a Magento ecommerce farrier site. In 2010, Riccardo began working as a Web/Software Engineer for van Schouwen Associates, LLC. Here, they developed web-based interactive user calculators with PDF output and a web based interactive user training application with a CMS to maintain and update. Riccardo also completed a client site conversion into Modx/Foxycart for ecommerce. In 2013, Riccardo began working as an Associate for The Delta Group. Here, they utilized PHP and jQuery for numerous projects including end user live monitoring of valet parking system, creation of SMS feature to request valet parked vehicles, and enhancements of phone based service tracking system in NetSuite. In 2015, Riccardo began working for Delta Group IT Solutions, Inc. Here, they exclusively lead the development of a major web based operational system with offline capabilities and PDF creation supporting over 100 different distributors. Riccardo improved initial data transmission to 95% and reduced labor costs by over 80 hours per month over previous paper form process. Riccardo also collaborated on FedEx integration to produce shipping labels and packing slips increasing shipping volume by factor of 10 with no additional labor investment for shipping document creation. In 2019, Riccardo began working as a Programmer for ARDX.

Riccardo Panaia attended Western New England University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with a field of study in Computer Information Systems.
