Richard Harmon previously worked in the financial services industry as a Registered Investment Advisor, Preferred banking officer, and mortgage banker. After retooling in graduate school, he pivoted to his true passion for individual learning and performance improvement through custom content development and adaptive learning.

For over 20 years, Richard has developed expertise in guiding clients through the ISD process to create high impact learning solutions that drive measurable business results through adaptive learning, conscious competence, and performance mastery.
