Rita Perestrelo

Rita Perestrelo has significant experience in both educational and editorial roles. Currently serving as an editorial assistant at Areal Editores since October 2021, Rita previously worked at Go Study as a mathematics, science, physical-chemistry, and geography teacher from September 2017 to October 2021, supporting students from the 5th to 12th grade. Prior to this, Rita gained experience as a cinema intern at NOS Lusomundo Cinemas from March 2014 to March 2016, managing ticket sales and maintaining the cleanliness of the venue. Rita's early internship at SASUM in 2013 focused on the profitability of recycling frying oil. Rita holds a master's degree in Biological Engineering from Universidade do Minho, earned during the period from 2006 to 2013, and completed secondary education at Escola Secundária Almeida Garrett from 2003 to 2006.
