Rami Fayoumi

Rami Fayoumi has over 17 years of work experience in the field of IT Audit and Operations. Currently, they are the Head of IT Audit at areeba. Prior to this, they worked at Monty Mobile as a Senior Technology & IT Operations Risk Manager. Rami also served as a Senior Information Technology Auditor at DOHA BANK. Rami's previous roles include Senior IT Auditor at Banque Libano-Française, IT Audit Manager at KPMG Lebanon, and IT Team Leader at Mada Communications Int'l. Throughout their career, Rami has demonstrated expertise in conducting IT audits, assessing controls, evaluating risk exposure, and proposing remediation strategies. Rami has also managed databases, administered security appliances, and automated daily tasks. Rami holds a strong track record of ensuring the integrity and performance of IT systems and processes.

Rami Fayoumi earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the American University of Science and Technology between 2003 and 2007. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Management Information Systems, completing their studies from 2007 to 2011 at the same institution. In December 2010, Rami obtained a certification as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA.
