Stanislas Leroy has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Junior Management Controller at VALEO Division Wiper System Europe in Germany. From 2003 to 2010, they held various roles at Carrefour Belgium, including Management Controller for the Marketing department, the Supermarket Franchising department, and Team Leader for Internal Audit in France and Belgium. In 2010, they joined Fimaser, a financial services joint venture subsidiary of Carrefour and BNP Paribas, as a Co-Director, overseeing operational management, finance, administration, HR, compliance, and risk. In 2019, they joined Optimy as a Finance/HR Manager, responsible for digital transformation and leading the finance, admin, HR, and legal departments. Currently, since October 2021, they serve as the Chief Finance and Administration Officer (CFAO) at AREMIS Group.

Stanislas Leroy completed their Master of Science in Management specialized in "Internal Audit of Organisations" from IAE FRANCE - Écoles Universitaires de Management between 2002 and 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Master Degree in Business and Financial Management specialized in Management Control from Management School Léonard de Vinci (Paris) between 1997 and 2001.
