Leonardo Silva is a People Analyst at Arena. Leonardo was previously the HR Lead at Fatura Simples from June 2017 to August 2021. Leonardo was responsible for all HR processes in the company. Before that, they were the Human Resources Director at Centro Integrado de Tecnologia da Informação from June 2011 to June 2013. Leonardo conducted the people strategy and managed the people team in a Junior Enterprise. Leonardo was responsible for recruitment & selection, trainee program, learning & development activities, sourcing and hiring of IT instructors, and organizational culture management.
