Bhavik Modi

Bhavik Modi has been working in the people analytics field since 2011, when they earned the title of Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America. In 2015, they began working as a Logistics & Communications Coordinator and Research Associate at Appalachian State University, where they used text analytics to investigate whether a person's choice of words in their social media profile can predict future job performance. In 2016, they worked as a Summer Camp Counselor at the Town of Cary. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Graduate Research Associate at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. In 2021, they began working as a People Analyst at Datapeople. In this role, they collect data, conducts analyses, and provides insights to senior leaders on HR policies and programs to improve the functioning of the organization.

Bhavik Modi obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from Appalachian State University in 2017, following a three-year period of study from 2014. Bhavik then went on to pursue a Master of Arts - MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, which they completed in 2019.
