Max Bintener

Max Bintener is an Associate in the Banking & Financial Services practice at Arendt & Medernach, starting March 2024. Bintener also serves as a City Council Member for Administration Communale de Préizerdaul since July 2023. Previous roles include President of the Student Delegation and Member of the Board of Governors at Universität Luxemburg from November 2022 to September 2023. Bintener has completed multiple legal internships at Arendt & Medernach, focusing on Banking & Financial Services, Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Dispute Resolution, as well as at Elvinger Hoss Prussen in Corporate, Banking, and Finance. Educational qualifications include an LL.M. in European Banking and Financial Law from the University of Luxembourg and a Master's in International Business Law from the University of Montpellier, along with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Luxembourg.
