Adrienne Holcomb

Adrienne Holcomb, SPHR, is a seasoned HR leader with extensive experience in program management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Principal and Head of HR Program Management at Ares Management Corporation, Adrienne established a high-performing HR Project Management office and successfully executed 52 global HR projects in 2023. Previously, significant roles included Vice President of Human Resources at Ares, where Adrienne managed a portfolio of 88+ initiatives, and Director of the HR Program Management Office at GXO Logistics, responsible for the separation of HR functions during a corporate spin-off. Adrienne's earlier positions included Global Director of HR Programs at XPO Logistics and Director of People Strategy at The Coca-Cola Company, contributing to global HR strategies and processes. Adrienne began a career in human capital consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Speech Communication from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science from The University of Southern Mississippi.
