Alison Park

Alison Park is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as the People Operations Lead at Arete since January 2020, after advancing through roles such as Manager of People Operations and Senior Human Resources Generalist. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Generalist at Bright Futures Treatment Center and SOHO Wellness Initiative, as well as serving in various HR capacities at Origins of Hope. Alison began a career in customer service and operational roles at Victoria's Secret. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from Florida International University and an Associate's degree from Palm Beach State College, along with a high school diploma from Steinert High School.
