Lisa Garrison (CFCE, FEXCE, GCFE, CISSP, CCNA, CCNA Security)

Lisa Garrison has extensive work experience in the field of network security and digital forensics. Lisa Garrison is currently employed at Arete as a DFIR Lead Consultant/Analyst since July 2023. Previously, they worked at Tracepoint as a DFIR Consultant/Analyst from May 2021 to July 2023. Lisa also has a long tenure at NTT DATA Services, where they held various roles including Network Security Consultant, Network Security Engineer, and Network Security Project Engineer. Lisa Garrison'sresponsibilities included infrastructure security design analysis, remote access security, VPN tunnel implementation, and migration planning. Before that, they worked at Dell as a Network Consultant and Network Security Engineer, handling network assessments, VPN connectivity, and CyberArk implementation. Lisa also has experience from their time at Perot Systems Corporation, where they served as a Security Operations Manager and Network Security Engineer, managing security team operations and firewall designs and installations. Lisa Garrison holds certifications in CFCE, FEXCE, GCFE, CISSP, CCNA, and CCNA Security.

Lisa Garrison earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Computer Information Systems from the University of North Texas, where they studied from 1989 to 1994. Following their undergraduate studies, Lisa obtained several additional certifications. Lisa Garrison became a Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE) through the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists (IACIS) in October 2022. In March 2021, Lisa obtained the GIAC Certified Forensic Examiner (GCFE) certification from GIAC Certifications. Additionally, they became a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) through (ISC)² in February 2021. Lisa also holds multiple Cisco certifications, including the CCENT Network Certification (Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician) obtained in July 2019, the CCNA Route/Switch Certification (Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing & Switching) obtained in January 2020, and the CCNA Security Certification (Cisco Certified Network Associate Security) obtained in February 2020.
