Alison Eastham

Alison Eastham has extensive work experience in health safety and environment management roles. Alison is currently serving as the Global Head of Health Safety and Environment at Argenta since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Coca-Cola Amatil as the National Safety and Wellbeing Manager, responsible for implementing best practices and fostering a culture of zero harm from October 2018 to April 2021. Alison also held the position of National Health and Safety Manager at Healthcare of New Zealand Holdings Limited in 2018.

Earlier in their career, Alison worked at Eli Lilly and Company as a Senior HSE Manager, where they managed HSE arrangements for the Australia and New Zealand Affiliate and served as a Global HSE Lead Auditor from January 2016 to December 2017. Alison also worked as an HSE Manager for the sales and marketing affiliate in AU/NZ. Alison'sresponsibilities included developing and maintaining HSE management systems, conducting training, investigating accidents, and managing occupational health and safety.

Before joining Eli Lilly, Alison worked at Rullion Management Services Ltd as the Group HSE Manager, overseeing various aspects of occupational health and safety services. Alison also held roles at Rullion Group, HSBC Bank UK, Accessfine Ltd, Intercare Hygiene Services Ltd, and Filmor Casings Ltd, gaining experience in business services, finance, office management, and administration.

Alison Eastham received their education history from multiple institutions. Alison attended CHSS from 2006-2008, where they earned a NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety. In 2008, they pursued Return to Work Co-ordination at Workcover NSW. Additionally, they pursued a Team Leader - Level 2 program at the Institute of Leadership and Management from 2006-2007. In 2001-2002, Alison obtained a NEBOSH Gen Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from Warrington Collegiate. Prior to that, they studied Financial Services at the Institute of Financial Services UK (Chartered Inst of Bankers) from 1998-1999. Alison also earned a Management Diploma from The Manchester Metropolitan University from 1997-1998. Alison completed their high school education at Bramhall High School UK from 1976-1981. Alison has also obtained certifications such as Chartered Professional Member from the Safety Institute of Australia and Grad IOSH from IOSH in 2010 and 2008, respectively.
