Jocelyn Brown

Jocelyn Brown is an experienced human resources executive, currently serving as Chief People Officer at Argenta since May 2023. Prior to this role, Jocelyn held the position of Chief People Officer at ViiV Healthcare from June 2016 to May 2023. Jocelyn's extensive background in HR includes various leadership roles at GSK from February 2004 to May 2016, encompassing Head of HR for Global Corporate Functions, Head of HR for Global Tech, Global Talent Director, and other key positions. Earlier in their career, Jocelyn worked at Thames Water as HR Business Partner for Wastewater Operations and participated in the HR Graduate Programme. Academic credentials include an MA Hons in Economic & Social History and Management Studies from the University of Glasgow, obtained from 1992 to 1996.
