Ronald Holmes

Ronald Holmes has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Ronald began their career at GE as an Environment, Health, and Safety Manager from 1998 to 2006. Ronald then joined Diageo as a Risk Manager, overseeing environmental, health, and safety management systems. After that, they worked at the Boston Beer Company as a Corporation EHS Manager. At Diageo, they held several roles, including Director of Risk Management, Quality, Director of Packaging Solutions, I&BC, and Director of Packaging & Technology. Ronald was also the Director of Tequila Sustainability before becoming the Vice President of Sales Marketing and Sustainability at Arglass in 2024. Throughout their career, Ronald has demonstrated expertise in risk management, packaging development, sustainability, and team leadership.

Ronald Holmes completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Youngstown State University between 1992 and 1996. Ronald later pursued a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering/MBA from Gannon University, which they completed from 2005 to 2008. In 2020, Ronald also obtained a certificate in Leading Effective Decision-Making from the Yale School of Management. Additionally, they participated in the Leading Sustainable Corporations Programme at the University of Oxford, specializing in Sustainability Studies.
