Alyssa Joubert

Alyssa Joubert has extensive experience in the insurance industry. Alyssa began their career as a General Liability Claims Representative Intern at Travelers in 2009 and later worked as a Public Sector Auto Claims Representative. From 2013 to 2016, they served as an Underwriter and Account Executive, supporting long and short-term business strategies in Middle Market underwriting. In 2016, they joined Argo Group International Holdings, Ltd. as a Senior Underwriter, where they underwrote and managed a book of business. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at USI Insurance Services as a Property & Casualty Consultant, developing and deploying sales and marketing strategies. Most recently, starting in 2021, Alyssa has been working as an Associate Vice President of Business Development at Foresight Commercial Insurance, where they have been responsible for driving targeted class code sales plans and optimizing the company's brand offering. In 2023, they joined Argo Group as the VP of Marketing & Distribution, where they partner with business unit leadership to align business strategy and financial objectives with sales and marketing strategy. Alyssa is also responsible for client relationship management and executing growth strategies.

Alyssa Joubert completed their education from 2007 to 2012 at Texas State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, they obtained certifications in General Lines Agent - Property & Casualty from the Texas Department of Insurance in April 2017 and a Texas All Lines Adjusters License in May 2012.
