Christopher Richardson

Christopher Richardson has a diverse work experience. Christopher is currently the General Counsel and COO at BDV Solutions, where they partner with external counsel to ensure efficient legal services. Christopher also supports management on specific projects and provides counseling on all matters of U.S. law. In addition, Christopher is a Co-Founder of Argo Visa, a company they started in 2019. Prior to these roles, they worked as Counsel at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, specializing in U.S. immigration and nationality law. Christopher also served as a Foreign Service Officer at the U.S. Department of State from 2011 to 2018. Christopher'slegal experience includes working as an Attorney at Alston & Bird LLP and Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP.

Christopher Richardson attended Duke University from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in the field of Law. Prior to that, they studied at Emory University from 1999 to 2003, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a focus on Political Science and History. Christopher also holds additional certifications, specifically Bar Admission in Georgia in 2009 and Bar Admission in North Carolina in 2008.
