Florian VILLARD

Florian Villard's work experience begins with their current role as a Senior Lead Front End Developer at ARGO Augmented Documents, which they started in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Bionatics s.a. from October 2015 to March 2022, where they served as a Software Developer. Their responsibilities at Bionatics included developing 3D GIS applications, designing web-based apps, and working on the front and back end of software. Florian also had a trainee position at Bionatics from March 2015 to September 2015, where they worked on the conception of a webservice for 3D plant models and the development of a web application.

Before joining Bionatics, Florian had a trainee position at LGI Studio from September 2013 to December 2013, where they contributed to the creation of database management systems, websites, and computer graphics projects. Florian also had a trainee position at the French National Institute for Agricultural Research from May 2013 to September 2013, where they conducted research on 3D modeling of apple tree growth using GroIMP software. Florian's work experience commenced with an internship at Big Plant Nursery Limited from June 2012 to August 2012, where they worked as a nursery worker and participated in landscaping projects, including a project that earned a silver gilt medal at the Hampton Court Palace Flower Show.

From 2014 to 2015, Florian attended L'Institut Agro Rennes-Angers and obtained an Engineer's degree. The field of study included GIS, remote sensing (LIDAR, radar and optics), statistics, and computer programming.

Between 2011 and 2014, Florian also attended L'Institut Agro Rennes-Angers and earned an Engineer's degree in Horticulture. The program covered subjects such as biology, economics, and computer science.

From 2009 to 2011, Florian attended Lycée Champollion BCPST preparatory school. Although no degree is specified, the curriculum included mathematics, physics, biology, geology, chemistry, and computer programming.
