Dira Delpech

Dira "Mel" Delpech is an accomplished Operations and Program Coordinator at Argonne National Laboratory, focusing on Chain Reaction Innovations, where responsibilities include advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion while facilitating outreach and curriculum development for startups.
