Hendrik Vedder

Hendrik Vedder holds extensive experience in leadership and transformation roles within various industries. Currently serving as Geschäftsführer at Veh Antriebstechnik since March 2023, Hendrik also acts as Managing Director at Argos GmbH focusing on company acquisition and operational management. Previously, from November 2019 to April 2022, Hendrik was Chief Transformation Officer at Perlon® - The Filament Company, and from May 2019 to November 2019, Senior Manager Operations at Serafin Unternehmensgruppe GmbH, overseeing value creation projects. Prior to this, Hendrik was an Associate Partner at Oliver Wyman for nearly nine years, specializing in automotive and operations transformations. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Accounting from The London School of Economics and Political Science and two Master of Science degrees in Business Administration from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, where a Bachelor's degree was also obtained.
