Judy Lowe-Teart

Judy Lowe-Teart is a seasoned professional in talent development and counseling, currently serving as the Talent Development Manager at The Argus Group since April 2022. In addition, Judy has been an On-Call Counselor for both the Centre Against Abuse and the Women's Resource Centre in Bermuda since 2021 and 2010, respectively. Judy's prior experience includes working with the Government of Bermuda in various roles related to career development from 2008 to November 2022, culminating in the position of Career Development Manager. Academically, Judy holds a Doctor of Education in Adult Learning and Development from Northwestern State University and a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Alabama A&M University, among other qualifications in teaching and psychology.
