William Hinz

William Hinz is an accomplished legal and operational executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Argyle Associates since January 2016, William has previously held significant positions such as Vice President & General Counsel at Modern Niagara Group Inc., where responsibilities included contract negotiation and corporate legal advice. Prior to that, William was the Chief Operating Officer and Lawyer at BrazeauSeller.LLP, overseeing business development, strategic planning, and financial operations. Additional roles include National Director at LTC Global/ACSIA and General Counsel at BMR Group and Focus Eye Centre. An accomplished scholar, William holds multiple degrees, including an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa, where recognition as a Gold Medalist was achieved, as well as degrees in Education, Philosophy, and Management/Accounting from prestigious institutions such as McGill University and the University of Oxford.
