Marco de Rosa

Marco De Rosa has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Marco started their career in 2004 as Front of House at Baglioni Hotels & Resorts. After that, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Chess Partnership from 2007 to 2009. Following that, they served as Front of House Manager at Oxford and Cambridge Club from 2009 to 2015. Marco then joined London Executive Offices as a General Manager from 2015 to 2020. Currently, they are working at Argyll, where they have held multiple positions starting as a General Manager from 2015 to 2020, then as an Area Manager from 2020 to the present, and currently holds the position of Head of Operations from April 2022.

Marco De Rosa completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Greenwich from 2012 to 2015, specializing in the field of Business. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Rock Your LinkedIn Profile" and "Getting Things Done" from LinkedIn in February 2021 and January 2021, respectively.
