Reena Purchase Msc

Reena Purchase MSc, BA currently serves as Board Chair for ARHAG Housing Association and as a mentor for Mind in Salford, where mentoring support is provided to trainees in the Mindfulness with Diversity in Mind Practitioners Training Programme. As the founder of Mindful Zone, Reena offers mindfulness programs aimed at enhancing well-being in individuals and workplaces. Previous experience includes serving as Director of the Octavia Foundation, where leadership and strategic direction were provided to support individuals in need, and roles as Head of Corporate Services at Presentation Housing and Grants Manager at HACT Housing. Reena holds a Master of Science in Mindfulness-Based Approaches from Bangor University and a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies from the University of Hull.
