Allison Heiland Homs is a seasoned professional in product development and sourcing, currently serving as the Product Development Rugs and Soft Goods at Arhaus since November 2016. With an extensive background that includes over nine years as Director of Sourcing and Product Development - Textiles at Serena & Lily, Allison built a robust vendor base and collaborated closely with design teams to enhance product strategies.
