Siobhan Griffin

Siobhan Griffin has a strong background in human resources and has held various HR roles throughout their career. Siobhan currently works at Aer Rianta International as the Chief People Officer, a position they have held since December 2020. Prior to this role, Siobhan was the Head of HR, Corporate & International at Aer Rianta International from November 2019 to December 2020. Siobhan also worked as a Global HR Business Partner at the company from May 2018 to November 2019.

Before joining Aer Rianta International, Siobhan worked at PwC as a Senior HR Manager from June 2016 to April 2018. Prior to that, they were a Senior HR Business Partner at Paddy Power Betfair from June 2012 to June 2016. Siobhan also worked as a European HR Generalist at CIT from May 2009 to June 2012.

Earlier in their career, Siobhan held positions at Man Investments as an HR Officer from November 2005 to April 2009, at AIB in HR Resourcing from June 2005 to November 2005, and at Ericsson as an HR Administrator from September 2003 to September 2004.

Siobhan Griffin attended Dublin City University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a BBS degree in Business Studies with a focus on Human Resources.
