Tom Mitchell

Tom Mitchell is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong focus on aerodynamic design and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) in motorsport. Currently serving as Lead Engineer at ARIA GROUP since September 2023, Tom previously held key roles at RFK Racing, including Head of CFD and Head of Aerodynamic Design, contributing to NASCAR Cup development with expertise in team management and data analysis. Prior roles include Aerodynamic Design Engineer positions at Pratt & Miller Engineering and various Formula One teams, where Tom was responsible for innovative aerodynamic solutions and wind tunnel model design. Tom's technical proficiency includes tools such as CATIA V5, ANSA, and NX, underpinned by a solid educational foundation with an MEng in Automotive Engineering with Motorsport from the University of Hertfordshire.
