Wiener Kernisan

Wiener Kernisan has a diverse work experience in the aerospace industry. They started their career as a Senior Member Technical Staff at RCA Astro Electronics in 1979. From 1986 to 1987, they worked as a Member Technical Staff at AT&T Bell Laboratories. In 1986, they also joined GE Astro as a Systems Engineering Manager, where they were responsible for managing a team of systems engineers and overseeing launch services management for Astro Communications Satellites. In 1994, they moved to SES Astra as a Launch Systems Manager. Their roles at SES Astra ended in 2000, when they joined Arianespace, Inc as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In 2016, they were promoted to President at Arianespace, Inc.

Wiener Kernisan completed a Bachelor of Applied Science with distinction in Mechanical Engineering at Polytechnique Montréal from 1971 to 1975. After that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Engineering, specializing in Mechanical Engineering, at McGill University from 1975 to 1976.
