David Bullock

David Bullock is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in various technical roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Software Engineer Lead at Rockwell Collins Arinc since June 2015, David focuses on developing and deploying security solutions for surface transportation and critical infrastructure. Previously, David worked as a Systems Analyst at XO Communications, where responsibilities included defining system requirements and implementing business software applications. David's earlier positions include Lab Management/System Administrator and IT Manager at Avaya, as well as roles in software engineering and project management at The Tigon Corporation/Octel Communications/Lucent Technologies and General Dynamics Corporation. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University, obtained in 1985.
