Madeline Hutchinson has worked for four companies since 2011. Madeline began their career at General Pants Group as a Store Manager in 2011. In 2012, they joined Randstad and held five roles, including Senior Consultant - Client Loyalty & Rewards Program, Recruitment Consultant - Business Support, Candidate Resourcer - Care Division (Project Secondment), Office Administrator, and Receptionist. In 2016, they moved to The Adecco Group and worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO of Australia & New Zealand, as well as an Executive Assistant to the CFO/Office Manager & Group Travel Coordinator. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Joyn (formerly Delegate Connect) as an Executive Assistant to the CEO & Co Founder of Joyn.

Madeline Hutchinson attended Sacred Heart College, Kyneton from 1997 to 2003. Madeline then attended William Angliss Institute of Tafe from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained a Diploma of Event Management and an Advanced Diploma of Tourism Management. Madeline also obtained a Diploma of Event Management from William Angliss Institute.
