Jenny Richards

Jenny Richards has over 20 years of work experience. Jenny is currently working at ArisGlobal as a Lead Principal Product Technical Writer since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at FIS as a Senior Technical Author for almost 9 years. Jenny also worked as a Technical Author at UN Cells Ltd from March 2010 to October 2010, and as a Senior Technical Author (maternity cover) at Evolving Systems from December 2009 to March 2010. Before that, they worked as a Technical Author at Rentokil Initial for a few months in 2009. Jenny has also worked at SHL Group Ltd., 3di Information Solutions Ltd., British Airways, Vertu Ltd, and Motorola Ltd in various roles related to technical writing and documentation planning.

Jenny Richards studied Modern and Medieval Languages at the University of Cambridge from 1980 to 1982.
