Mallika Rajasekaran

Mallika Rajasekaran has over 20 years of experience in various roles and positions. They started their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Satyam in 2000 and later worked at companies such as ADP, Siemens Information System Limited, and IBM, where they held positions such as Senior Member Technical and Business Analyst. In 2007, Mallika joined MetricStream as an Associate Product Manager before moving on to ArisGlobal, where they held multiple roles, including Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, Associate Director, Director of Product Management, and currently, Senior Director - Service Delivery. In their current role, Mallika provides leadership, accountability, and ownership for the service delivery function, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery of client outcomes, and serving as the executive escalation point for customers.

Mallika Rajasekaran completed their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from NIT - Rourklea between 1997 and 2000. Prior to that, they studied Mathematics at Bharathidasan University from 1994 to 1997, earning a B Sc degree. Mallika'seducation began with a Science (PCMB) focus at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1992 to 1994, where they completed their +2 education.
