Rebecca Chi has more than 20 years of experience in payer and provider settings with expertise in operations, revenue growth, product development, customer service and quality assurance. She has proven herself in leadership roles that demanded strategic planning, operational excellence and a focus on customer service. Her ability to succeed in diverse settings, from large companies like Optum/UnitedHealth Group, where she served as VP/general manager of their Medicaid market, to a smaller start-up business, will serve us well as we embark on our aggressive growth journey. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in social work from Buffalo State College, as well as a Master of Social Work from the State University of New York.

Rebecca lives in Irvine, CA, with her spouse and two teenage daughters.
