Tracy Rodgers

Tracy Rodgers, Senior Director, Clinical Operations, joins Aristea with over 20 years of clinical operations expertise, managing US and global Phase 1-4 trials across multiple indications. She was part of Ardea Bioscience’s successful lesinurad management team, overseeing multiple projects as well as contributing to submission preparation and inspection readiness. Prior to working with Ardea, Tracy held progressive leadership roles with full service CRO providers. As a consultant to multiple biotechnology companies over the last several years, Tracy has had the opportunity to work with innovative teams, facilitating cross functional collaboration and providing quality assurance support in addition to clinical operations and project management.

Tracy attended the University of California, San Diego and holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
