Alisa Mirabal

Alisa Mirabal has a wealth of experience in the gaming and hospitality industry. Alisa currently holds the position of Vice President Advanced Products at Aristocrat Gaming Division, where they lead innovation and product strategy. Prior to this, they served as General Manager of Customer Success & Hospitality Solutions at LAVA.AI, where they oversaw the growth and success of the customer base. Alisa also served as Vice President/Assistant General Manager at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa, providing guidance and leadership in various operational departments. Alisa held similar executive roles at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Lake Tahoe and Planet Hollywood Resort. Alisa's experience also includes roles at Ignite Funding, Marketing Results, Harrah's Entertainment, Caesars Entertainment, and Sun International. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in marketing, customer engagement, and strategic planning.

Alisa Mirabal earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Gaming Management with a minor in Economics from the University of Nevada, Reno between 1996 and 2000. Alisa then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 2002 to 2004.
