Carmen Bove

Carmen Bove has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Carmen'smost recent position was at Ariston Group as the HR Director for Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics, Transformation, and HSE, starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Bosch Italia as an HR Manager for Aresi S.p.A. (Bosch Group) from January 2018 to September 2022. At Bosch Italia, Carmen supported local management, developed HR strategic plans for the plant, and implemented employee relations and HR policies. Before that, they worked at Atlas Copco as an HR Business Partner from January 2013 to January 2018, and at Bosch as an HR Generalist in 2012.
